Smart Sheets (payslipgenerators.com, "the Service") is operated by buy-it-fastest, a South African business. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Smart Sheets provides online tools for businesses in several countries, including payslip generation, invoices and quotes, expense tracking, payroll and leave management. The Service is offered on free and paid plans. Everything we sell is digital and delivered online; nothing is shipped. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service can calculate income tax, social security and other deductions automatically for the countries it supports. These calculations are estimates based on the published rates we have configured. They do not take every personal circumstance, allowance or local rule into account and may not reflect the latest changes to the law.
The Service is not tax, payroll or legal advice. You are responsible for checking every figure on the documents you create and for complying with the payroll, tax and employment laws that apply to you and your employees. If in doubt, consult a qualified accountant or the tax authority in your country.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, templates and software, are the property of buy-it-fastest and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including creating false or misleading payslips or other documents, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the Service. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and have its data deleted, email info@buyitfastest.co.za.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Sheets and buy-it-fastest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or for any tax, penalty or interest arising from figures produced by the Service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
